Education Catering

Hampshire County Council Catering Service - Education Catering is the largest provider of school meals in Hampshire. They supply hot and cold nutritional meals to primary schools across the county and their staff provide an excellent service at our school.

Each day our children can choose from a meat/fish or vegetarian hot meal.

The menu is changed every term and is nut free. Click here to go to the primary school menu.

The school operates a no debt policy for school meals. Therefore, payment for school meals must be made in advance. The current meal price is £3.20 and parents can pay for school meals on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.  Parents can pay for school dinners using our online payment facility ScoPay.

Free School Meals

Universal free school meals are available to all children in Years R and Key Stage 1. Children in Key Stage 2 receive free school meals if they are eligible for pupil premium - available to pupils in receipt of, or whose parents are in receipt of, one or more of the following benefits:

Working Tax Credit run-on – paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit

A pupil is only eligible to receive a free school meal when a claim for the meal has been made on their behalf, and their eligibility has been verified by the school where they are enrolled or by the local authority.
